Use of the Library
The Bar Library is a membership subscription Library. Membership, which is on an individual, non-transferable basis, is available to attorneys and their law clerks. Use of the Library is complimentary to judges, their law clerks and Baltimore City employees engaged in the legal affairs of the City, as well as members of the general public pursuing their own legal affairs.
